Dick Spanner, P.I.
Produced by legendary Thunderbirds creator Gerry Anderson, this tongue-in-cheek stop-motion animation series introduced the questionable talents of "The galaxy's strangest private investigator" – a Chandleresque robot detective who operates in a futuristic parallel universe!
Anderson's long-term collaborator Shane Rimmer (who famously provided the voice of Thunderbird pilot Scott Tracy) voices the wisecracking stop-motion P.I. as he bungles his way through two intriguing cases over twenty-two hilarious episodes: The Case of the Human Cannon-ball and The Case of the Maltese Parrot. Alongside these two stories – presented here as digital restorations in their as-transmitted format – this set also includes:
[] The Case of the Screaming Dame – a brand-new, two-part story animatic
[] Compilation versions of both original stories
[] Extensive image galleries
[] The Case of the Missing Episode
